FROM THE MANAGER
Rule 8 applies to cats as well as dogs. Please keep your cats in your house/yard. We are attempting to trap any feral cats.
Please also clean up after your pets if you walk them on the mowed path behind houses #33 to #29.
Parking revisited: Empty spaces are private lots, not common areas for park-wide use and should not be trashed by vehicles parking on them. Potential new residents should not be turned off by the condition of empty spaces.
Regarding water pressure: 60 to 80 lbs. is preferred to eliminate pressure issues. Contact Bryan #50 or Ted #58 for testing with pressure gauges.
If any resident needs help with yard cleanup and fence or railing maintenance please contact me to see if we can work something out.
Thanks again to everyone who worked on the barbecue and for all the terrific food.
